Additional Seat to be Filled on the Board of Trustees

The BOT announces that we  will be increasing the board by one seat with the appointment of a trustee for a two year term ending in September 2011. The BOT is currently screening candidates from the excellent candidates that applied in the spring of 09.  This appointment is consistent with our identified need  for an individual from outside the DI  community  with specific skills in  business and development .  This additional seat does not require a bylaws change and is in line with our plan to fill the available seats on the board in an incremental fashion.
