Section A.3.a.i Special Note should include the following after the first paragraph: Teams may cut out and attach the Original Date of Publication of their News Story and Source for their News Story to their 8.5in x 11in (A4) white paper along with their News Story itself. Teams may fold the News Story over the sides of the 8.5in x 11in (A4) white paper, copy double-sided, and may use more than one piece of 8.5in x 11in (A4) paper for each Team-Provided News Story.
For the online News Stories: It is acceptable for the team to copy and paste the Original Date of Publication of the News Story and Source of the News Story to a Word document, along with the News Story itself. For example, if a team goes to BBC.com and finds an article that is on page 5 of the Web site, the team can copy and paste the article to a separate Word document. It is acceptable for the team to copy and paste the home page of BBC news, which explicitly shows the Original Date of Publication along with the News Source to the same Word document that has the News Story. The team may then print this News Story with the Original Date of Publication along with the News Source onto an 8.5in x 11in (A4) white paper and bring it to the Tournament.
