A Safety Line will be marked on the floor at the Presentation Site indicating a distance of 10in (25cm) from the edge of the Structure Tester on all sides. During Golf Ball Delivery, Weight Placement will stop and all team members must remain behind and not touching the Safety Line. The Safety Line around the Structure Tester is viewed as an imaginary plane that extends vertically from the floor.

The Challenge section A.4.c should read: "The tester will have One Safety Shield removed in order to allow Golf Ball Delivery Attempts ONLY. This Safety Shield will remain off during the entire Presentation." This means that teams may not use any kind of device to remove or reposition "held" or contained golf balls at any time during the Presentation.

The Challenge section A.5.a states "The Golf Ball Delivery Device may be as simple or complex as the team wishes. However, the team must not use any type of technology that designs or creates the Golf Ball Deliveryt Device." The expression "must not use any type of technology" refers only to computer software and industry CAD/CAM systems used to design, build, and/or test a Structure or Delivery Device. So power tools and simple machines, etc. may be used to construct the team Delivery Device or Structure.

The Challenge section A.5.a.vi reads "The Golf Ball Delivery Device may only be used to place a Golf Ball into the Structure. It may not be used to remove or reposition golf ball(s) held within the Structure." So, during all Delivery Attempts purposeful or accidental contact of the Delivery Device with "held" or contained golf balls will be ruled as an Unsuccessful Attempt. Accordingly, only a golf ball (in the process of delivery into the Structure) can move or reposition other held or contained golf balls.

Teams may not place the Tournament-supplied bucket of golf balls so that any part of it is in the 10in Safety Zone at any time during their 8-minute Presentation.
