After working on Challenge solutions, Destination ImagiNation teams gather at Tournaments to showcase their solutions in front of Appraisers and live audiences. Tournaments are also where teams take on Instant Challenges and meet other Destination ImagiNation teams. Destination ImagiNation Tournaments are fun, lively celebrations of creativity, and many of them are open to the public.
Destination ImagiNation Tournaments take place across the U.S. and in more than 30 countries. States/Countries with higher numbers of teams typically have Regional Tournaments as early as January. Top-placing teams in Regional Tournaments are then invited to participate in state/country-level (Affiliate) Tournaments, which generally take place in early spring. States/Countries with lower numbers of teams may only hold Affiliate Tournaments.
