Thomas M. Koulopoulos – Business Man and DI Advocate

President and founder of The Delphi Group, Executive Director of the Babson College Center for Business Innovation, Managing Director of one the worlds leading Innovation Labs, one of the industry's six most influential consultants according to InformationWeek, author of seven books, lecturer at the Boston College Graduate school of management, and frequent contributor to national and international print and broadcast media … AND a DI Parent and DIcor Associate!  Yes, in spite of a whirlwind international schedule of speaking, presenting, writing and talkradio-blogging, Tom is a proud parent of two DI participants and is a certified DIcor Associate of DI, Inc.’s corporate consulting division.

Tom and his wife, Debra, have supported their two children, Mia and Adam for the past several years in their DI experience.  They have attended Regional Tournaments in Boston, Massachusetts, MA DI Affiliate Tournaments, and even DI, Inc.’s Global Finals celebrations in 2005 and 2007.

One of Tom’s favorite topics to talk about with anyone is Destination ImagiNation, Inc., its mission and goals. A man of passion and knowledge, Tom conveys a convincing message about the importance of developing one’s creativity, learning to be a team player, and applying Creative Problem Solving skills for a better today and tomorrow.

Air National Guard Chooses DIcor to
Enhance Educational Curriculum

DIcor has been selected to become part of the Air National Guard Academic Instructor Course.

This new curriculum will be introduced to the 106,800 Air National Guard members by the Air National Guard Training and Education Center (ANG TEC) Instructional Development Branch, McGhee Tyson Air National Guard Base, Knoxville TN.

Pictured below are the 10 recently certified DIcor Associates – seven from ANG TEC Knoxville, two from Texas Air National Guard, and one from the National Guard Bureau in Washington, DC. Not only are these Associates eager to bring creative and critical thinking skills to their fellow Guardsmen and women in a “learning but FUN” way (the DI way!), they are also eager to be volunteers or initiate DI, Inc. programs at their local levels. They are so enthusiastic, that they asked for the “WE R DI” chant that they heard in the Global Finals DVD, so they could answer “DI”!

CONGRATULATIONS and WELCOME to these new DIcor Associates and THANKS to them for their honorable service to the United States. Thanks to them for now carrying the mission of DII throughout the country and helping to grow DII’s local support.
